Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) Student Portion Allocation
WETCC submitted an acknowledgement and returned the certification and agreement form to receive funds intended to provide the mandated amount of at least 50% of the emergency financial aid grants to students. April 23, 2020 White Earth Tribal and Community College signed and submitted the certification and agreement form with the intent to use the 50% emergency financial aid grant for aid to students.

- The total amount of funds allocated for WETCC was $52,600 under the HEERF student portion.
- Of those funds, the total amount that has been distributed to students as of the date of reporting within the first 30-day reporting period $27,600 had been disbursed to students (as of May 18, 2020).
- The estimated total number of students at the institution eligible to participate in programs under Section 484 in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and therefore eligible to receive an emergency financial aid grant was 85 students.

- White Earth Tribal and Community College determined that the HEERF emergency funds will be distributed to Title IV eligible, students based upon the current enrollment and satisfactory attendance as of the date of each weekly disbursement. The students were given criteria to meet each week based on attendance, participation, and graduate or re-enrollment for the fall 2020 semester. Full time students received $100 each week and part-time students received $50.00 each week for the remainder of the semester if they met each weekly requirement.
