Campus Improvement Project – Request for Bids
Advertisement for Bids: Campus Renovation and Infrastructure Upgrades
White Earth Tribal and Community College is soliciting bids for campus improvement projects at 2250 College Road, Mahnomen, MN. These projects include:
- Roof Replacement: Replacing asphalt shingles on the Customized Education and Community Extension building with a standing seam steel roof to match the main campus roof.
- Concrete and Parking Lot Upgrades: Removing and replacing concrete sidewalks, aprons, curb, and gutter, as well as resurfacing the entire parking lot and entrance, including striping.
Sealed bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on April 3, 2025 and will be publicly read at White Earth Tribal and Community College. Late bids will not be accepted.
A mandatory pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Interested bidders may contact Mr. Paul Pemberton at 218-935-0417 or via email at paul.pemberton@wetcc.edu for further details.
This is a design-build renovation improvement project with a completion deadline of June 20, 2025. White Earth Tribal and Community College reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the project due to funding constraints.

Deep Winter Greenhouse – Request for Bids
Advertisement for Bids: Deep Winter Greenhouse Construction
White Earth Tribal and Community College is soliciting bids for the following project located at 2250 College Road, Mahnomen, MN:
Deep Winter Greenhouse: Construction of a 40’ x 24’ (960 sq. ft.) greenhouse and storage structure, including the installation of various active and passive design systems to support year-round functionality.
Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on April 15, 2025, and will be publicly read at White Earth Tribal and Community College. Late bids will not be accepted.
Bidding documents will be available for public inspection at the office of Artekta Architects, White Earth Tribal and Community College, Builders Exchanges, and the Minnesota Procurement Portal (mn.gov/admin/osp).
