White Earth Tribal and Community College is committed to providing a learning and working environment free from sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, and other forms of sex-based misconduct.

Title IX protects students and employees from discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs and activities. These protections include sexual harassment and sexual misconduct and may also apply to concerns involving pregnancy, parenting, gender-based discrimination, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation.

WETCC takes reports of sex discrimination and sexual misconduct seriously. The College provides resources, support, and a process for reporting concerns and addressing potential Title IX violations.
